What data to prepare?
The best option is to send your document in
*.tif format with 300 dpi resolution (dots per inch), in CMYK colour
mode, with LZW compression, for PC or Mac. We also accept files
in *.pdf, *.ai, *.eps, *.fh and *.psd formats. In all designs, please
let your picture overlap the cutting edge by 3 mm on all four sides
Ð so called bleeds (for an exact model, see the *.pdf templates
in the price table). In vectorial
formats (*.eps, * .ai, *.fh), lettering must be converted into curves
and transparencies must not be used.
2. How
to send us your data?

or you can use our FTP server (configuration
here). However, at the same time, please send the Order
Form from this web site.
3. When
to send your data?
By reason of the joint production, our printing terms are set in
advance, presently approx. in 1-2 week intervals. The next deadline
for turning in data is always updated and specified on this web
site in the Order Form. The source data must be turned in at the
latest by 6 PM on the given deadline, otherwise the order will be
moved to another print deadline.
4. When
will your stickers be printed?
Your stickers will be processed within 5-6 working days from the
deadline date and delivered to you forthwith. Because of production
technology sophistication, 1-2 days of delay is possible, however,
according to existing experience, the time from the deadline date
to the delivery date does not exceed 6 working days.
5. How
will the finished stickers be delivered?
As soon as your stickers are finished, we will notify you by email/SMS.
We will deliver your stickers to you for free via our courier (Czech Post)
on the next day.
If we are not able to reach you repeatedly, you
may pick up your stickers after a prior arrangement directly at
our company. For international delivery we use Deutsche Post and
we charge according to their actual prices (see www.post.de).
6. What
about payment?
Presently you may pay in cash upon delivery to our courier (Czech Post
staff), or in person when picking up your package on site. Regular
and international customers may pay upon arrangement by invoice.
